We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. Our ideal candidate needs to be a people person, independent, inspire growth within the team, and up for the challenge of building a brand. As well as familiar and connected to the latest trends in DeFi.

Skills & Qualifications
- Fluency in English (Excellent written and verbal communication skills) Nativ English is a big advantage
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Crypto marketing
- Attention to details
- Passion and driven personality, result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing & executing marketing campaigns on social platforms or PPC or media buying, with data and analysis abilities
- Managing & inspiring the team while working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Execute day-to-day marketing activities, long-term strategy,
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and constant changes
- Excellent ability to multitask, to work well under pressure & time management.
- Internet savvy with excellent computer skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, lead others, think creatively, and function in highly dynamic work-stream environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in cryptocurrency & blockchain ecosystem
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven marketing mind & eye for creativity
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Experience in marketing automation and CRM tools
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Another language except English is always good
- Experience in project and event management, media or creative industry-related experience
- Fast and agile thinker, with the ambition & hunger to learn new stuff every day, and excel
- A strong eye for detail and a passion for clear communication
- Strong organizational, and time-management skills, and ability to multitask, and ability to manage your time to meet deadlines
- SA team player & capable of working independently
Responsibilities / What will you do
- Lead the product marketing A to Z.
- Manage the social media for a product, create and manage posts and campaigns
- Manage the community managers and all-out communications
- Create collaborations with relevant companies and projects and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Produce written content for website and online newsletters
- Build outreach traffic funnels & onboard customers
- Be always updated on all trends and new upcoming projects, in the crypto space
- Be an integral part of building the brand
- Work cross-functionally with other teams in the company, understand brand priorities, and drive the highest return marketing initiatives
- Create and maintain, marketing summary and analytics reporting
- Analyze data, insights, and trends to pinpoint key issues
- Develop relationships and support the wider marketing team by identifying and optimizing new strategic opportunities
- Working in partnership with the design team, develop creative briefs and guides, and banners
- Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels
- Participate in events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
