Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. Our ideal candidate needs to be a people person, independent, inspire growth within the team, and up for the challenge of building the best social media presence. As well as familiar and connected to the latest trends in DeFi.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan, create, and publish compelling and relevant content on multiple social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
• Engage with community members and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate into social media strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Fluency in English (Excellent written and verbal communication skills). Native English is a big advantage. 
• 1+ years of experience in social media management for a technology or finance company.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
• Knowledge of decentralized finance, the crypto industry and crypto culture is essential.
